Weekend training 17th and 18th December 2016

Saturday - stretch at 5.30am - core work at 6am - swim at 6.10am - bike to pool and home  8)

Sunday - meet at Slaughter Falls car park at 5.30am - bike to top and ride repeats across to round about and back 6-7 - then run one lap Be careful on running down hills - land with the knee partly bent to absorb shock - aim to run up at less than 80% of max HR
